I started this YEARS ago. the first fragment I wrote of it was back in '94. I've spent years with fragments of it floating thru my head and I only wrote it out by hand three years ago.

I figured tonight would be an appropriate time to upload it as tonight is the four year anniversary of the passing on of someone dear to me. he and I were never really an item, but that was due to certain circumstances and we were closer than best friends. I was prepared to be with him my whole life, even if it was only as friends.

the poem isn't autobiographical except for the fact I loved the guy in a way it didn't matter what kind of love it was or what kind of relationship it was and lost him, but it still has a feeling I can relate with on this night.
